A dedicated team will handle all aspects of preparation, setup, service, and cleaning.
Enjoy barista-crafted beverages and delicious treats with our on-site serving package, which includes:
Professional Barista: A skilled barista will be present at your venue to prepare and serve a variety cold beverages, ensuring your guests' satisfaction.
Waffle & Boba Bar Station: We'll set up a dedicated waffle and boba bar station equipped with everything needed to create your guests' perfect waffle and boba concoctions.
Great Customer Service: Our friendly and professional staff will be on hand to provide excellent service and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
We provide all the necessary equipment and supplies for your event, including: Drink containers, cups, lids, boba straws, topping spoons, Paper plates (waffle bar, waffle box), Plastic tongs (waffle bar, waffle box)
On Site Serve Pricing :
Boba Bar: Indulge your guests with a variety of boba teas and delicious toppings for $7.5 per person. Includes:
3-4 tea/milk tea choices
3 topping choices
Waffle Bar: Go beyond boba with a selection of delectable waffles for $8 per person. Enjoy:
6 waffle flavors (Mochi waffle or croissant waffle bar (or both!)
3-5 topping options
Additional Details:
Minimum 100 guests
18% service charge
Sales tax.
1 hour serving time included.
Extra 30 minutes: $80 per additional half hour.
2 staff members dedicated to your event.
Set up and breakdown not included in serving time.
Please allow 30-60 minutes for setup based on event size.
