As two aspiring entrepreneurs, we started our business in 2016 with bubble tea. Along with our passion for making bubble tea, we wanted to share to the community something unique that not many people have experienced growing up with. With the sweet and savoury aroma combined with a soft and chewy texture, mochi waffles were the perfect snack growing up as a kid back in Vietnam. Even now till today, we still enjoy the sweet nostalgic taste of mochi waffles and wanted to share our experience with others.

After 5 years of running our business, improving our menus and perfecting our crafts, we decided to venture out and focus further into our mochi waffles and see what more we can offer to the community. Everything that we have worked so hard for has given us the opportunity and idea to open up Mochi Waffle Corner. While still sticking to our roots and providing the same nostalgic experience we hold near and dear to our hearts, we wanted to recreate the exact same mochi waffles we grew up with back in Vietnam and we hope you enjoy these mochi waffles just as we did.
